Elegant Farm on Main Wedding | Long Beach Island Charm
Samantha and Jake’s wedding at Farm on Main in West Creek, NJ, was a stunning example of how simplicity, thoughtful design, and an elevated guest experience created an unforgettable day. Their vision embraced the venue’s natural beauty while maintaining a soft, elegant aesthetic that felt both organic and inviting. We curated a palette of neutrals and greens, paired with ivory tones. To add a touch of whimsy (and because Samantha loves color), we incorporated hues of blues, purples, pinks, yellow, and peach through the floral arrangements.
Thoughtful Details: Invitations & Day Of Signage
Their invitations, designed by the talented Crisp by Britt, featured a hand-drawn sketch of the barn, perfectly capturing the rustic charm of the venue. To complement the invitation suite, the seating chart remained cohesive with the color palette, font, and minimalist aesthetic.
Inviting Spaces & Cozy Lounges
To make the Forsythe Barn feel warm and welcoming, we curated beautiful lounge areas with rentals from White Glove Rentals, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The lounges were designed to blend with the wedding’s aesthetic, offering a cozy vibe for guests while complementing the venue.
A Simple Yet Gorgeous Tent Design
For the dinner, the tented setup was draped with a gorgeous tent liner, allowing the space to feel airy and romantic without overwhelming the natural surroundings. The tent created an intimate dining experience while leaving the barn as a large, open area for guests to mingle and enjoy high energy dancing with the live band.
Floral Design: Garden-Inspired with Sunflowers
Samantha, a lover of garden flowers, especially sunflowers, wanted blooms that felt natural, organic, and vibrant. The floral palette included soft ivory tones with wildflower-inspired pops of color in purples, blues, oranges, and pinks. Originally, the ceremony was planned to overlook the pond, but uncooperative weather prompted us to move it inside the greenhouse as the backup plan. The space was just as breathtaking!
High-Energy Dance Floor & Live Music
The celebration didn’t slow down once the dancing began! Guests filled the dance floor all night long, energized by the live music of Overdrive from Hank Lane Production. I’ve never seen a dance floor packed for the entire reception! Guests enjoyed coffee and specialty drinks from Yellowdog Coffee Truck and ended the night with cheesesteaks from Pat’s Cheesesteaks, a nod to the groom’s Pennsylvania roots!
A huge shout-out and THANK YOU to all the vendors who made this day happen! Your talent, professionalism, and incredible teamwork created pure magic!
