When you complete our inquiry form or contact us, we collect the information you provide. We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss availability and services, prepare proposals, plan and coordinate requested events, communicate with you, and maintain related business records. We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use website inquiries to add you to marketing mailing lists.

Website hosting and analytics

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace receives technical information such as your IP address, browser, network and device details, referring pages, and pages viewed. Website analytics may also record interactions and visit times. This data supports website operation, security, and improvements, and helps us understand website traffic. Squarespace also handles some visitor information for its own purposes, as explained in the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics processes information such as pages viewed, visit times, referring websites, browser and device information, and approximate geographic location. When you allow analytics cookies, it uses cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and measure engagement. We do not send inquiry form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Automatic site-search and form-interaction tracking are disabled.

Our Squarespace integration communicates your analytics consent choice to Google through Consent Mode. Declining cookies therefore does not necessarily stop all technical requests to Google.

When we share information

We use service providers, including Squarespace for website hosting and forms, Google for website analytics, email and communication providers, and Aisle Planner for client planning tools. These providers receive information needed to support those services. We may share relevant event details with venues or vendors as needed to carry out the planning services you request. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Our Client Portal connects to Aisle Planner. Its handling of information is described in the Aisle Planner Privacy Policy. Other external websites, including social media and photographer websites linked from this site, have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business records, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
