This package is for the bride who is confident in their logistical planning and design abilities and simply needs someone to tie up loose ends and oversee the wedding day. I start working with you right away to get caught up on everything that you’ve done up until then. I work with all of your vendors and manage the timing and logistics. On your wedding day I will be available from beginning to end with the responsibility of handling every single detail.
• Planned phone meetings in advance to go over details and logistics
• Provide etiquette instructions, advice, and guidance during the planning process
• Communicate with vendors leading up to confirm responsibilities and deliveries
• Oversee the timeline that is approved and created in advance
• Plan out the transportation timeline to pick up and drop off guests
• Create a plan for placement of décor and final touches
• Assemble and deliver welcome bags
•Pick up and deliver breakfast and light lunch to bride and groom getting ready locations
• Act as liaison between you, your guests, bridal party, and your wedding vendors on the wedding day
• Collaborate and assist vendors day of wedding
• Setup personal details for both reception and ceremony location
