Planning Packages

This package is for the bride who is confident in their logistical planning and design abilities and simply needs someone to tie up loose ends and oversee the wedding day. I come in two months from the wedding date and get caught up on everything that you’ve done up until then. I work with all of your vendors and manage the timing and logistics. On your wedding day I will be available from beginning to end with the responsibility of handling every detail.

• Planned phone meetings in advance to go over details and logistics

• Provide etiquette instructions, advice, and guidance during the planning process

• Communicate with vendors leading up to confirm responsibilities and deliveries

• Oversee the timeline that is approved and created in advance

• Plan out the transportation details

• Create a plan for placement of décor and final touches

• Form a rain plan if necessary

• Act as liaison between you and your wedding vendors on the wedding day

• Oversee vendors day of wedding

• Setup personal details for both reception and ceremony location

• Assist wedding party during preparation prior to ceremony

• Keep track of time

• Line up bridal party and be the cue for ceremony

• Oversee the reception and coordinate introductions, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and so on

• Distribute any additional vendor balance and gratuities as requested

• Make sure personal items ( gifts, cards, and décor) go to appropriate location at end of night

• Any other detail that needs to be addressed by couple

This package is about working together on a cohesive design throughout the entire wedding and making sure all details are managed. I will work with you to create a design plan for your wedding and assist with acquiring what would be needed. This package includes wedding services starting from booking with Sarah all the way to the wedding date. It’s an investment for a stress-free planning process and wedding day!

• Planning - keeping track of budget and payment schedule, vendor recommendation and sourcing, communicating with all of your vendors, creating a timeline, planned phone meetings, and on site venue meetings when necessary.

• Design - Creating a conceptual design plan together, provide a mood board that will organize your ideas, sourcing supplies and the little details needed.

• Execution – Smooth out the logistics and detail with every vendor, create a diagram in advance for vendors involved with the design to follow, assist when needed on the wedding day to follow through with set up. This is about bringing the ideas to life and managing the wedding day!

•Tent Logistics: Ensuring accurate tent dimensions for your guest count, seamless electricity and climate control, captivating lighting, flooring, and a strategic parking plan.

•Ceremony: Ordering arbor and seating rentals, liaising with florist for floral placements, sourcing and managing personal signage, cueing of the bridal party and musicians, we ensure every moment and detail is handled.

•Catering Collaboration: We work hand in hand with your catering team, ensuring a seamless event flow.

•Rain Plan: We all cannot help but imagine clear skies and gentle breezes. However, the possibility of rain can’t be ignored. Crafting a rain plan becomes essential and a thoughtful extension of your vision.

•Vendor Liaison: Trust us to be your liaison with vendors, from recommendations and contract reviews to a minute-by-minute timeline creation. We make sure your day will unfold with impeccable timing and precision allowing you to enjoy your day with your loved ones.

• Budget Optimization: Your budget is a valuable resource, and maximizing its potential is my priority. I’ll provide expert guidance on allocating funds effectively, reminding you of payment deadlines to keep everything on track, ensuring your vision is realized without compromise.

• Streamlined Vendor Selection: Minimize putting in your time and energy to find the perfect vendor. Within your budget I will give recommendations for each desired vendor and give you a comparison worksheet to assist with your decision making. Leaving you with peace of mind and confidence with every selection.

• Effortless Guest Management: Compose and/or suggest copy and design ideas with your stationer for save the dates, invitation suites, programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, and any other needed printed materials. SimpIifying the RSVP process, I will have the RSVPs mailed to my address and keep a detailed spreadsheet listing guests’ attendance, meal selection, dietary requirements, hotel selections and other proper information as needed.

• Scheduling & Timelines: Compose a thorough minute by minute schedule of your event and forward it to all necessary professionals. Book hair and make-up trials, and schedule any necessary vendor phone calls/meetings.

• Personalized Ceremony & Etiquette Guidance: Your ceremony should be a reflection of your love and values. I’ll collaborate with you and your officiant to infuse personal touches and offer expert advice on etiquette, ensuring every aspect of your ceremony is meaningful.

• Guest Experience: Elevate your guest’ experience with thoughtful accomodations coordination. From securing room blocks at top-notch hotels to locating a beautiful home to rent. I’ll ensure your guests feel welcomed and cared for.

• Detailed Floor Plans & Seating Arrangements: Leave the logistics to me, I’ll create meticulous plans and seating arrangements, ensuring every vendor has clear guidance and every guest is seated strategically, maximizing comfort and enjoyment.

•Seamless Vendor Communication: With the collaboration of vendor expertise, the communication becomes effortless. I’ll check in with vendors throughout the planning process, ensuring everyone is on the same page and your vision is executed flawlessly.
