Ceremony Management
Arrival on-site ahead of time to oversee all ceremony logistics
Coordinate with photographer, officiant, and musicians
Set up of any ceremony decor (arches, florals, signage, programs, unity elements, etc.)
Greeting and directing guests as they arrive at the ceremony location
Lineup and cueing of the entire wedding party for a smooth, stress-free processional
Cueing of musicians and officiant
On-site point of contact for any last-minute needs
Breakdown of all ceremony decor items at the conclusion of the ceremony
Form a rain plan if necessary
Wedding Day Management
• Site walk through with client or representative
• Final detail review and timeline confirmation 2 weeks prior
• Communicate with vendors leading up to confirm responsibilities and deliveries
• Catering Collaboration: We work hand in hand with your catering team, ensuring a seamless event flow
• On-site from beginning to end of the wedding day
• Oversee the timeline that is approved and created in advance
• Plan out the transportation details
• Set up décor and final touches
• Act as liaison between you and your wedding vendors on the wedding day
• Oversee vendors day of wedding
• Setup personal details for both reception and ceremony location
• Assist wedding party during preparation prior to ceremony if needed
• Keep track of time
• Transfer ceremony florals to reception to repurpose
• Oversee the reception and coordinate introductions, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and so on
• Distribute any additional vendor balance and gratuities as requested
• Any other detail that needs to be addressed by couple

• Breakdown ceremony after cocktail hour
