•Assist with design & flow: We’re your creative confidants, guiding you through the design process with expertise. From selecting your color scheme and floral placement, signage, floor plans, tablescapes, and specialty rentals, we curate an ambiance that reflects your vision.
•Manage Rentals: From tables and chairs to linens, silverware, glassware, china, bar items, we ensure every necessary item is not forgotten.
•Ceremony: Ordering arbor and seating rentals, liaising with florist for floral placements, sourcing and managing personal signage, cueing of the bridal party and musicians, we ensure every moment and detail is handled.
•Catering Collaboration: We work hand in hand with your catering team, ensuring a seamless event flow.
•Rain Plan: We all cannot help but imagine clear skies and gentle breezes. However, the possibility of rain can’t be ignored. Crafting a rain plan becomes essential and a thoughtful extension of your vision.
•Vendor Liaison: Trust us to be your liaison with vendors, from recommendations and contract reviews to a minute-by-minute timeline creation. We make sure your day will unfold with impeccable timing and precision allowing you to enjoy your day with your loved ones.

• Setup personal details for both reception and ceremony location

• Ceremony management - Line up bridal party and be the cue for officiant, music, and bridal party, make sure rentals are broken down after ceremony.
• Oversee the reception and coordinate introductions, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and so on
• Distribute any additional vendor balance and gratuities as requested
• Make sure personal items ( gifts, cards, and décor) go to appropriate location at end of night

Responsibilities Handled By Client:
•Reaching out vendors to book: Happy to give any recommendations for vendors and client will be responsible reaching out to vendors to book with them. I can still review any contracts or answer any questions. I will pick up the vendor communication to confirm timeline and deliveries as we get closer to the date.
