Rehearsal practice day before.

Wedding Day Management
• Site walk through with client or representative
• Final detail review and timeline confirmation 2 weeks prior
• Communicate with vendors leading up to confirm responsibilities and deliveries
• Catering Collaboration (Food Trucks): We work hand in hand with your food vendors ensuring a seamless event flow
• On-site from beginning to end of the wedding day
• Oversee the timeline that is approved and created in advance
• Plan out the transportation details
• Set up décor and final touches
• Act as liaison between you and your wedding vendors on the wedding day
• Oversee vendors day of wedding
• Setup personal details for both reception and ceremony location
• Assist wedding party during preparation prior to ceremony if needed
• Keep track of time
• Transfer ceremony florals to reception to repurpose
• Oversee the reception and coordinate introductions, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and so on
• Distribute any additional vendor balance and gratuities as requested
• Any other detail that needs to be addressed by couple
• Handle any issues discreetly behind the scenes
• Breakdown decor and rentals night of wedding
• Make sure personal items (gifts, cards, and décor) go to appropriate location at end of night
